Most of the lead cases are post-1980 with many 1990s decisions. There are significant new decisions in the "finderspersonal property" area. The cases throughout deal with time-honored concepts in a decidedly modern context. Includes the nature and division of ownership, right of reasonable use, and nuisance. Covers rights above and below the surface, and water rights. Looks at the transfer of ownership and conveyance, and land use regulations.
