Biologists Goldsmith (Yale U.) and Zimmerman (Amherst College) provide a textbook for a one-semester course for students not majoring in biology. Their goal is to help liberal arts and social science students understand biological concepts that will inform their understanding of human behavioral evolution. They assume students took biology in high school, but might have slept through a good part of it.
